I'd like to think that Dr. Richardson, DDS is a great dentist, but my husband and I will never know. Here's why I do not recommend this practice: 1) When I called to set up my appointment the receptionist was rude, short and not very accommodating. 2) When my husband called to set up his appointment, the same woman told him they do not accept his insurance, which happens to be the same one as mine (which she said they accepted) 3) I called back to confirm that they take our insurance, and she rudely told me that she did not tell my husband that, and that he must be confused (WHAT?!) 4) Then on the day of my appointment, which I waited a month for, I arrived at the building and buzzed the door for entrance. The receptionist (same woman), answers the call and is confused about what I mean about needing to get buzzed in. She tells me rudely, that I must be at the wrong building and she doesn't know what I am talking about. Meanwhile, I can see in the building, I can see Dr. Richardson's name on the glass, and this witch receptionist sitting at the desk - ignoring the fact that I am walking around the building, in the pouring rain trying to get in for my appointment. 5) I would never want to see anyone lose their job in this economy, but Dr. Richardson, if you're reading this review, I would highly recommend that you get someone to run your office, that understands business, customer service and is pleasant. I decided to try your practice after getting a nice flyer in the mail advertising your business - I can honestly say that your advertising dollars (along with staffing dollars), have been wasted by your choice to employ that receptionist.
